The GNET SYSTEM and TD RusTrade LLC will proceed on their current distribution agreement in the Canada by expanding into additional territories and entering into long-term agreements. The GNET SYSTEM Company will become TD RusTrade LLC’s preferred distribution partner globally and TD RusTrade LLC will become The GNET SYSTEM Company’s exclusive dash cam play. These agreements will deliver sustainable value to The GNET SYSTEM’s global system and accelerate TD RusTrade LLC’s opportunity to grow internationally.
